Japan Internship Program

The Japan Internship Program is a work training program for active university students to gain practical experience at Japanese companies. This program aims to enhance technical skills, understanding of Japanese work culture, and provide hands-on experience in a professional environment in Japan.

Students who pass the selection for this program must be actively enrolled at universities or colleges that have established partnerships with LPK SUNTORI and Japanese companies. Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to directly learn about Japan’s renowned work culture, work ethic, and technology.

General Requirements:

• Status: Active students at universities or colleges partnered with LPK SUNTORI.
• Education: At least in the 4th semester or completed 50% of study period.
• Health: Physically and mentally healthy.
• Japanese Language: Basic Japanese proficiency (minimum N5 recommended).
• Attitude & Ethics: Disciplined, well-behaved, and able to work in a team.
• Documents: Academic transcript, university recommendation letter, and parental consent letter.
